How do you pursue your passion?
I pursue my passion by making constant strides towards improving myself. I constantly search for ways to gain more knowledge and improve my skills while implementing innovative and practical ways to share what I have gained. I want to set the standard and show those who come after me that they too can meet that standard.
What do you bring to the table?
Being an educator, I bring the perspective of an individual who directly corresponds with the youth on a regular basis. My daily interactions with student athletes gives me an in depth understanding of their needs. My profession gives me the opportunity to connect with student athletes and my passion brings the desire to support them in any way possible.
What advice would you give your 13-year-old self?
Set high goals and outline principles to stick by to make reaching these goals inevitable. I would have 13 year old Crach post this list of goals and principles in his room where he can see them every day to serve as a daily reminder of what he should be doing and why. Most importantly ignore the negativity and control the controllable.
